Corporation House Ltd specialises in UK company formation services for non UK citizens, our current focus are German speaking clients but we continue to provide services to English speaking clients from all over the world – originating from such diverse jurisdictions like the US, Canada, Brazil, Israel, Russia, The Netherlands, Singapore. As our client you do not need a UK address to register a UK limited company or UK limited liability partnership.
A UK company enables you to trade in the whole of Europe and world wide without restrictions. There are certain tax benefits which we can discuss with you on a case by case basis if you wish.
